Converting AVI to DVD

I'm trying to convert AVI to DVD and I don't seem to be able to find a good program to do it.

I tried ImTOO DVD but the movies keep coming out all jumpy.

Anyone any ideas its driving me nuts.

MPEGStreamClip to convert AVI to DV, then DV to DVD in iDVD.

just boot camp or virtualixe, and use convert x to DVD
