I send Excel 2007 files from a PC to a colleague with a Mac and Excel 2003. They arrive as zips, which he says he cannot unzip.

Does anyone know of a download that my colleague can get that will allow him to open and use the Excel 2007 spreadsheets I send him?

Reply to Excell thing

Tell Him to download (open office) and he will be able to open anything just google open office

Your friend can use the free Open XML file format converter, which you can download. This might not work perfectly if you're using new features in Excel 2007 which aren't available in Excel:Mac 2004. If you're using new features (such as the Big Grid), your friend might want to update to Office 2008. There's a free 30-day trial.

Nadyne.
