Converting from MP4 to SWF

Hi Guys,

Im hoping someone can shed some light on this...

I have a program that I have to use (its on windows bleugh!!) but it cant play .mp4 but it can play .swf so my question is, is there any easy way (on the mac) to convert .mp4 to .swf without having to spend a fortune on software?

Can't you use VLC player on windows? If not Mpeg Streamclip is a great video conversion app that I use.
