I have just spent 2 or 3 hrs doing this and at the end the conversion appears to have finished but nothing is happening. it says 100% is done and that no encode is pending. however, the queue box shows that it is still doing something. i have tried opening the mp4 file, which 2.5gb, but quicktime wont open it. any ideas?
