Converting .m4r to .mp3

I can turn mp3 to m4r but I can't seem to do it backwards on iTunes.

Are there any converters on Mac or sites that allow me to turn an .m4r file to .mp3?

An m4r is just a m4a/AAC file.

An m4r is just a m4a/AAC file.

I found that just by going into the m4r file and changing the extension to MP3 works...at least on iPhone ringtones so that you can use them on an Android.
