converting mgp to mpg4 / flv and 3gp

I've started something that requires me to convert several big files a day from mpg to flv (or mpg-4) and 3gp (or any small size format that can be viewed on cell phones... ideally a 500mb file has to be converted to a 5-10mb one). I think the files are mpg2. They don't open in quicktime and can't open them in iMovie.

So I'm looking for an application that can do all that, and preferably handle several files at once. Ideally, I would convert 6-8 files at a time to both flv and 3gp. And at this point I don't mind paying for it, as long as the price is reasonable.
