Converting or Demuxing MKV ?

Hi, I'm searching for a software that doesn't SUCK like this Handbrake crap that takes 10 hours only to demux one subtitle on a 1h30 movie.

Any ideas ?

Works for nearly everything I've tried. Will take a H264 MKV file and move it directly to a MP4 container with no re-encode. Will allow you to pull out different audio streams or subtitles altogether.

Handbrake is used to transcode from one codec to another. It isn't a remuxer.
