A more descriptive and precise thread title will help cater to the right audience and get you more responses.

But to be less of an ass:
Handbrake, VisualHub, MPEG Streamclip, .... found via ..... I don't know how they call it wen you enter words into a white field and click some button and get a list of pages to look at.
