Converting .rm files to .mp3

Does anyone know of an easy way to convert .rm files to .mp3?

Audiograbber. Or other software that captures from the sound card.

Or a mini toslink cable - going from your output port, into the input port - and using garage band to record the "mic".

ffmpeg and download real. Take the real codec and put it in ffmpeg. After converting it to mp4, use quicktime to export the audio track to aiff. In itunes, convert the aiff to mp3.
