Hi, I've looked everywhere. I needed to do a screen capture. So I used Jing to capture the video. I made it that far. But Jing converts the file into a .SWF but I need it in a format that FCP will recognize. I've looked for a legit software that will convert a video in .SWF into a .mov but I haven't seen anything legit.
I also read that you can do it in flash, but flash loads it as a video that only allows you to watch it and not make any changes to it. They don't even offer the option to 'save' it or export it. :(

Any idea?

I use SnapzPro X to capture video. But I make sure I'm not infringing on any copyright or intellectual property.. and you should too.
