Converting US iTunes account into UK

Hi all,

I am looking into the above, would I be right in assuming that I can download any films on my US iTunes account to keep but can't redownload them once I've changed my account? I presume also this means I would lose 4k on those films?

Depends what content is available in the UK...

For renting: they'll expire 28 hours in U.S , or 48 hours elsewhere,
For purchases: When license expires and/or Apple chooses to remove it..

The same applies to streaming as well as offline.

Not all content is available in all countries, is the problem, but you'll need to check UK iTunes store to see if they are.

You can't convert the account a UK account but you can change the country to UK.

Your USA content will be available if you change the country code to UK.
