Greetings,
I have some wma files I want to convert to something like AAC or WAV so I can burn them to a CD and play on a CD player. My dandy free Windows Media Player doesn't seem to have ANY conversion options, gee whiz, imagine that.
iTunes won't even try to import the wma's. Can anyone suggest a free app that will do that for me?

thanks

Converting WMA files

rickman,
You can play WMV on the mac with Flip4Mac/Quicktime. Then you can use QuickTime to export a number of file types including the ones you listed. It may be that you have to have the Pro Version of QuickTime which I have but the cost is minimal. ~$30. Available at the Apple Store.
Cheers, SLmanDR
