Convince me to get an Apple Watch sport in silver!

I still have my trusty series 0 space grey Apple Watch that is working as well as the day I got it at launch. I've told my daughter if I ever got a new one I would pass my old one down to her so I'm at that point with the target sale that I think I might actually pull the trigger. But a pig part of me doesn't wanna get the same color because I wanna feel like it's a new watch ya know?

I'm just concerned with all the bands I got that silver won't go with them. What do you guys think? Does silver go bette or worse with a variety of bands?

I don't particularly want to convince you, you simply have to make a choice.
However, if you have a Gen 0 (I guess that's what you mean by Series 0), getting ANY Series Apple Watch, no matter the colour, is like a new watch! For the speed alone...

The silver will look great with most bands and those that don't look good with it can be given to your daughter.

I actually did exactly the same thing. Series 0 space gray 42mm AW sport and just upgraded to a Series 2 42 mm silver AW sport. And I literally picked silver just because I wanted something different.

I highly recommend it. The Series 2 and the Series 0 are very similar. The speed of the S2 is night and day better and the display is noticeably better, but in general the looks are pretty much identical. So get the silver. I really like how it looks but even if you don't like the looks as much as the SG, it feels like an entirely new device. I get that this feels kinda shallow. It feels different, so what? Well what's wrong with wanting to feel the experience of something new? Just do it.
