Suprised no one mentioned it but: The unofficial Apple weblog (www.Tuaw.com) is a great site to find out new iPhone news. Not all of their stories are iPhone related but some are unique and hit before any other news location.

Also Digg.com is pretty great for all news in general. Although it's been kind of bad lately.
