I jut had a chance to play around with Siri. I received a notification on my iPhone, which is located a few feet from my desk. I wanted Siri to tell me what that notification was, so I said "Hey Siri." I proceeded to ask Siri tell me what that notification was. She then went through some new messages and undismissed notifications. I wonder why she did that, when all I asked her to read was the latest notification. Still, it's nice that I don't have to look at my phone to see notifications when it's plugged in.

What notifications did it read? Stuff like Messages it's already been able to do.

I'm glad that Apple saved some time between sloppy coding, removing the Camera Roll and generally mucking things up to teach Siri some more useless parlor tricks.
