CoolBook Settings for MBP 15"

Anyone with the lowest possible CoolBook Settings (Undervoltage) for the MBP 15" 2.66gHz?

By Lowest Possible, I mean the lowest settings with which you can seamlessly and freely do routine tasks like, watching a movie/video, browsing the net and chatting through iChat or so.

Can't speak for MBP, but when I used it for MBA, I noticed others had diff. voltage settings with the same spec machine. You'll just have to step down and experiment opening/running apps to see how low it can go without freezing.
