So I recently purchased the 13" Macbook Pro yesterday and would like to know if MBPs require some "special" cooling pad to be placed underneath it. I ALREADY have a cooling pad that I used for my PC laptop. Would I be able to just use that one and place it underneath the MBP??

Sure... use what you have if you have one

I have never needed one myself, but I know some people complain about the heat

^^Sweet, thanks.

When you save you've never needed one, is it because you're not on your mac 9658795687 hours per day, or you just don't mind the heat??

It should work with your MacBook Pro. My experience is that the things are generally worthless.

hmm, why do you believe it's worthless?
