Cooling Upgrades For Intel Mac Pro

Any tips or suggestions for boosting the interior cooling power of an Intel MacPro?

I'm looking for a good (PCIe) expansion slot fan or an upgrade to the stock fan.

Ram cooling solution

Depending of your Mac Pro model, here are some nice Ram cooling solution.
Haven't used it yet, but past solutions have been good.

2008 Mac Pro

Other then that, use a simple PCI slot cooler for the rest of it.
