Copied CS3 when sending back for diagnostic/repair

so i have a "liberated" version of CS3 on my MBP and it looks like i am going to have to hand my notebook over to apple for a few days for them to run a diagnostic / repair.

CS3 takes forever to uninstall and re-install so didn't really want to do it.

Will apple know that it is not legit and do something about it?????
 
Look at the bright side; they'll probably just wipe your hard drive like they sometimes do.

I hope you didn't actually need any files.
