Copy and paste issues

Both MS Word and Pages seem to have issues randomly where when I save a document by copy and pasting a title from the document into the save field nothing shows in the text. This is fixed temporary by a reboot of the Mac but since it happens in both Word and Pages I think it’s a system bug. The text is not too long for the save.

Anyone?

Are you using keyboard commands or the menu bar to copy and paste?

I wonder if using the right click context menu, to both copy that highlighted text, then to paste in the save field would make a difference?

Keyboard but I do not think it will make a difference however I will try today. Thanks!

No change. Spoke with Apple and we did a OS install and the problem remains.
