Copy Audiobook from iPhone back to computer?

Any way to do this?
I've got a few audiobooks that were loaded onto my iPhone via iTunes from a MacBook I no longer own.
No DRM -- these weren't purchased audiobooks -- just MP3 files that I've now lost.
I'd like to get them off of my phone so I can put them back on my Plex media server.
The phone is on 14.2.1
