Copy bootcamp win partition to VM

Is it possible after installation of Fusion VM to copy all bootcamp windows partition to VM on Mac side and then delete bootcamp. A problem is that I use windows very little but I dedicated 160 Gig on my HD for it. So it will be fast enough for what I'm doing. I hate to reinstall everything. Thanks.😕
