    Hi,

I accidentally copied over what I copied and lost valuable information. Is there any way to recover or find what I copied before? Please help.
    Thanks in advance.

If you still have the document open and haven't closed it since you copied over it, try pressing command + z.

If you copied text or whatever information you needed, pasted it into an app, and then copied more information and wrote over the previous information, then yes you could recover the information. Just press the Apple (or Command) key + Z.

If you copied information and forgot to insert the first batch of data into an app, then I don't think there is a way to recover the information.
