Copy iTunes library from iPhone to PC

I've tried searching and cannot find an easy solution. Is there a cydia app or a process to copy the iTunes library from the 3g to another PC? Not a mac

This would be nice to have, but for all your packages from Cydia 🙂 I don't mean Apt backup, that only does actual apps, not add-ons and such.
