Copy Mail rules to another Mac?

Is it possible to copy the Mail rules from one Mac to another without restoring everything else in Mail?

For me, it was automatically synced over iCloud (on High Sierra).

This article was written in 2012 and not accurate for more modern Macs. In Mountain Lion and Mavericks, the Rules file is called SyncedRules.plist in the MailData folder.
