copy "missing files" only

Hi there, hope someone can help me!

I regularly copy my itunes library to my phone memory card to play on the go, offline. When I add songs and copy the updated folder again, it is completely overwritten and therefore takes a lot of time. Is there any way for the mac to just copy what is not already on the destination disk?

Just copy the recently added songs to your phone memory card it will save your time by not updating whole folder.
