Copy&Paste frustrating issue on 6S

It cant be only me but havent found similar posts yet. So....

Lets say i have marked a text in order to copy it. Ι change my mind and i want to click somewhere else in order to un-select it... then most of the times on notes app/safari address bar clicking on somewhere else is not responding....?

Tell me about it, it is a pain in the ass to copy any thing other then a paragraph. Wish they had a option like "Disable Auto Select"

Text selection is horribly broken in 9. I have never had issues selecting text in say Safari until 9.

There were quite a few issues related to that in iOS 8 (at least a number of earlier versions of it) as I recall.

the regular selection is fine.

it's that stupid pink selection for the auto replace/define that's a pain in the ass to deselect for some reason

Not only that. People are seeing problems with text selection where there weren't any before.

It's probably touch screen drivers being confused whether the touches are intentional, 3D Touch, trackpad mode, regular selection or whatever.
