Copy-paste in spotlight?

Hi! I just got the new M2 Air, and I realized I can't paste my cmd+c info anymore into spotlight search.

Is this normal or there is some problem in my system?

Works for me on Monterey 12.5 and I haven't modified any keyboard or Spotlight settings from the defaults. Just to confirm you're using cmd + v to paste? What happens when you attempt it?
