Copy/paste Problems

Anyone else having problem with cut/paste?
Using iPad Mini

I'll copy/cut something and when I paste, it will paste something I copied three copies ago

YES! I'm having this exact same problem.

I've had the same error on my iPad 2 but it was pasting something from a lot more than 3 copies ago.

I noticed this happened in Safari. Everywhere else it pasted what I had just copied, but in Safari, stuck with a previous copy.
