I have quite a few printer drivers on my MacBook… USB printers, an AirPrint printer, a printer made AirPrint-compatible via Printopia, a printer hooked up to my AirPort Express, and printers at my university's library that go through the campus wifi connection. Rather than set these up from scratch, I was wondering if there was an easy way to transfer the printer settings from one Mac to another (but not transfer other documents or settings). Thanks for your assistance!

But Papercut's tutorial seems incomplete...

I'm trying to go by Papercut's tutorial but it's not working for me. It's not clear about whether or not pull-printer-config.sh needs to be saved in a specific location, just that it is on the target computer. Does it need to be at root level? The desktop?

Also, when inputting the ip and administrator user name it still doesn't work for me, is there a specific way to do this?

Does anyone have an example of how to use the script that they provide?
