Copy videos of youtube in HTML5

I knew you could go to the activity window and DL the FLV file but is there anyway to do it through the same window in HTML5? I cant seem to figure it out.

It works the same way for me, except it's an mp4 file. It's also slightly harder to guess which one it is.
There should be a couple with lscache in the name, the one you want should also have videoplayback in the name as well.
