Copying Applications for backup

Hey guys,

i just recently purchased a new computer... i wanna be able to copy over all my applications however my phone is jailbroken and has few apps which wont transfer over to my itunes library

hence im not able to make a complete backup of my iphone

does anyone know how i can make a complete copy of my iphone to my new computer without loss of any data? (i am also interested in doing a complete restore of my phone to factory setting and then later updating the restore from the backup)

You can't copy jailbroken apps, but you don't need to; they're not affected when you sync from iTunes with your new computer.

imean i have few apps which are not paid for so its not recognized by the itunes .ipsw or something files
