My mother has a DVD that she made and I would like to make several copies of it for my family. What programs do I need? I have a macbook with a dvd burner.

If this is a homemade dvd with no copy protection, you already have all you need in Disk Utility.

Insert the original dvd, open Disk Utility, select the disk and create an image (.dmg), then use Disk Utility to burn the image to a blank disk.

I could go into how, but I'm feeling crumudgenly. Do a forum search on the topic, there are a number of threads that already explain how.
