Core Animation Demo app....

Did anyone else notice the app Jobs used when he demoed Core Animation? I'm going to assume it was a custom app for internal use only but I was suitably impressed with it.

If Apple doesn't release it in some form can someone else write it or something pretty similar? That thing was awesome.

No...that particular picture is a demo they made to show the power of Core Animation.....along with how not so long of time it took them to make it.

Added to iPhoto, iTunes and some kind of new quicktime browser or something...that'd be nice indeed

Not quite.


There were thousands of videos, each playing back in real time and each individually tagged.

The app also featured find-as-you-type search, which was pretty awesome.

You had to see the keynote to appreciate the brilliance of it, one of the better things demoed.
