Core Cases Aluminum Slider Case for iPhone 3G

    Anyone use one of these? Here's the review from iLounge. I had a case from these guys for my first iPod nano - fit like a glove, very low profile, loved it. Also, just to be nice they sent me 2 cases for the price of one when I ordered (it wasn't a mistake).

    I'm less sure for the iphone b/c I'm most concerned about protection from a drop and I'm thinking it would provide enough padding. Opinions?

    I would think this would be a deal breaker for most people given the lack of good 3G signals as it is in some places.

    I just posted about this in the incase aluminum slider thread. I'm thinking about picking one up, but I think I'll wait for a full review from iLounge before I pick one up.

    It doesn't look bad, but I'd be concerned about reception issues.
