macOS Core data bindings help!

I'm working on an core data app, I'm doing all the bindings in interface builder, but when I implement a NSTableView, there is one column that is not working ("Tema"), I'm not able to write, I get in teh console "unrecognized selector sent to instance".

any help?

my project model is as an attachement.
