core function has forked on my mac

    According to the console....

    THE_PROCESS_HAS_FORKED_AND_YOU_CANNOT_USE_THIS_COREFOUNDATION_FUNCTIONALITY___YOU_MUST_EXEC__() to debug.

    it keeps saying this in console...i cant seem to install anything onto my macbook, ive tried updates and has not made a difference...any ideas on how to fix this? it also takes ages to start up since this has happened...help would be much appreciated??cheers

    just 9gb,ive had a look at some of the stuff on google ther does seem to be some answers i just wandered if ther is an easier way to fix this because im not to good with computer code
