IS there anything in the store that resembles Cornell Notes? I cannot find anything but was not sure if anyone had ran across something that might work.

I'm also interested in that. I was in a meeting today with my iPad and again frustrated with taking notes on it.
 
Sorry, I know this is an old thread but just want to share what I did as I encountered the same issue before.

I searched for templates but found none in the net for the purpose I have so I just created one that would be perfect for the ipad. You'd be needing the pages app in your ipad though to make it work but I supposed most have that already. The template can be found in the link below.

Try the app called "Note Shelf". Beside being (in my opinion) the best handwritten notes app out there, it has a template for Cornell style notes.
 
The Cornell Note-taking System is now available on the iPad. Look on the iTunes App Store for "Cornell Notes" listed under "Education".
