    First, decide two things:
    1. What you want to gain.
    2. What you're willing to pay to achieve that gain.

No one can tell you what those are. You have to decide them for yourself.

The decisions you make now may change in a year. Revise the decisions as needed.

Second, if you're not willing to pay the Corona SDK fee, then accept that decision and find something else that you are willing to pay for. Obsessing over something you can't afford gets you nowhere.

If you're not willing to pay money for something that can save you time, then what you're deciding is that you're willing to pay only with your time. That can be a valid decision.

Third, Corona SDK has no fees until you distribute an app.
You can download a free unlimited trial of Corona SDK on Mac or Windows. This is a fully featured version and will allow you to develop apps and build them on your own device.

Fourth, it sounds like you might benefit from a more step-by-step guide to making decisions:

    thanks for the help
but still have a problem, I want to use the corona sdk already chosen, but to develop apps on it I have to pay for the program first.
if I download the free sdk corona I'll just have "Corona Corona includes the simulator, documentation, and sample code."
I can not develop apps, right? I've tried and just can only test the application can´t Develop, the program is only 41.2mb to mac version (free version)
but there are places that says to send the app to the app store I can make the app sdk corona and only when you want to send is that I buy the sdk, so confused, can someone help? thanks

When you have a question about the product itself, you should usually start by asking the vendor.

The vendor has a Community page, on which there is a link called "Forums".
