Corrupt iOS 4.3.3???????

Icons are messed up and smeared, I've seen this in the past before, how do I fix it?

Is their anyway to clear the cache & temp files?

I don't think so... i reinstalled it a few weeks ago, and ever since it's been actin up, tinyumbrella SHSH server couldn't do that, could it?

normally a reboot fixes the icons, but it frooze and i had to Home+Power reset it for it to work...

could have been a bad install or a bad jailbreak.
