Just visited my local, San Antonio, Costco - they have not yet raised their iPad prices. Looks like they are sold out of 13 inch MacBooks but all versions of iPad being sold below previous retail prices before the hike. Example iPad A16 $329.

Just took a look, on line, after seeing this thread and the A16 128 is $440, the 256...$540. Guess they read OP's comment and realized they had forgotten to get on board the price hike train. 😎
 
Costco's business model is, they purchase lots of goods and sell them at cost, exclusively; all their operating costs/profits come from the annual membership fees.
So, if they bought a few pallets of iPads, they will sell them at their cost at time they purchased them; prices won't rise until they have to buy some more pallets and they cost more.
