For context, I bought the Wi-Fi only model for $1,099.99 in October from them. That one's getting returned. This is a much better deal.

Going to try out the magic keyboard as well, on sale for $314.99.

Here's the deal

Wow that's great, thank you. I'm not sure how much I'll like/use the Magic Keyboard so I'll stick with Costco for now and give it 90 days. Knowing Woot I'm sure this deal will be back. I also see an open box one on eBay for $245.

That is an amazing deal. I just purchased an M5 but within my return window. Might have to take a trip to Costco
I believe it's online only and not sold in any warehouses. I would get it because other than M4 vs M5, you're getting the same screen, speaker, build, weight, etc. iPads are those things I never like to pay full price for considering how discounted they eventually get. Last one I bought was a new 11" M2 Pro from Best Buy for $599.99. With these M chips I don't care about being a generation or two behind!

Really thinking about this. Trying to decide if I really need to upgrade from a 2020 128GB 12.9" iPP.
How's battery life? If it's still good, then you don't have to. Unless you want OLED which looks great, especially in dark environments. I went from 2018 11" Pro to 2022 11" M2 Pro, to now this. I prefer the larger size and OLED screen.

battery life is dying. (82%). I’ve considered replacing the battery. But Apple won’t do it unless it is under 80%. I brought it in in April and the battery life has not changed since then.

Battery life on an 19 month old M4 pro (WiFi/512GB) is ——ing terrible.

WiFi 6 makes it worse, but it’s awful. 93% of new.

And the OLED screen is terrible next to my M2 iPad Pro. IMHO.

I picked one up. I wasn't a big fan of my iPad Pro 12.9" M2 (got heavily discounted as well a year or so ago) as I felt it was just too heavy/cumbersome and generally grabbed for my 11" Pro M4. The M4 13" feels so much lighter/better to actually use in hand.
