All iPads Costco Preorder - when to expect?

Anyone here have experience with Costco Preorders in the US? I placed a pre-order and am curious when I can expect to receive the item. I just learned I am traveling next week and am now worried I may not be home to receive it.

My order says ships “the week of 9/27”. Got an email saying they took another $5 off my order!! Im not in a rush, I’ll take the $55 savings over apple.com and get it 2 days later.

Oh nice! Any explanation why they took another $5 off? Which model did you order?
 
Whoa! Hadn't heard this and impressed you even got a date. I haven't heard a thing from Costco and I took advantage of their $40 off deal on the mini, but they haven't hooked me up with another $5 off. Edit -- got an e-mail just 30 minutes ago that it shipped, but no date yet.
 
I ended up cancelling partially since it wasn’t going to be delivered before my travel (starting tomorrow). I really wanted it for the travel but also didn’t want it to be shipped and delivered while I was away.

EDIT: ordered the Sunday AM after they fixed the Apple Care issue. (purple WiFi 64GB)
