Asking if anyone encounter that upon boot up after the apple logo additional account was displayed. How to remove other account in login screen in ventura? Thanks

System Settings>Users and Groups>Click the

on the user you want to delete>Delete Account

If you don't want to delete the other account, you can log in automatically to your account.

If you are talking about the Guest account, you can disable it.

Also: could be FileVault enabled Mac. With FileVault on, will see all accounts authorized to unlock the Mac at startup.

System Settings > Privacy & Security > FileVault

(ADD: I'd keep FV on and learn to live with the login screen, since that basically works like a firmware password, cannot boot the machine without unlocking first)
