Couch Surfing?

Is the consensus that the 17 is too big for couch surfing?

interesting to see the 15" MBP doing so well ... even though it's heavier and not the lightest to use on the couch/chair people must really like the screen size and/or extra power available in the 15"?

I think it's because a lot buy the 15 inch as their only computer and thus have no other choice 😀

At home I use my 17" MBP which I voted for. I use my 3G iPad when I'm on other peoples couches.
