Could an administrator help me log in to my old account?

My original account was Bean. It's been so long, I forget both my email and password. I was wondering if an administrator could change my email to a present one or reset my password to something simple like abc123 so I can log in and change it.

At the top of the page, select the "Quick Links" link and select "Private Messages."

The reply to the contact form will be via a PM.

You need 5 posts and to be a member for 1 day before you can PM, so it will be sent as an email, unless you meet those requirements by the time an admin responds.
