Could I connect three webcams to a Macbook Air?

In short I need one for a wide angle view of my space and two different angles of what I'm working on on my table. It is time for a new device and considering iPad Pro or new Macbook Air ( posted this in the iPad forum as well, no responses yet).

These are the web cams, but that can change:

From what I can tell it comes down to how many USB controllers a computer has, but not sure how many the new Macbook Airs have or what other limitations I may face.

I don't need to record what I'm streaming, just need friends to be able to view all angles during zoom/hang out sessions etc. But recording would be a plus.

Would the idea here be to use a USB Hub? Does anyone expect delays in video due to not being able to plug the three cameras directly into the computer?
