Could I have lost Bonjour

I had a Bonjour network set up to print wirelessly through my Airport Extreme, then bang it is gone. I have followed all the guides, but I can not even find Bonjour in the drop down menus in the printer set up utility. If I connect via USB, I can print no problem. I am using a cannon MP600.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
