Could I unlock my CDMA iPhone 4 to AT&T?

Actually I wasn't messing around. Have you ever met me? No you have not, and if you did then you would honestly know I live in a group home, and my questions wasn't messing around. If you don't want to help me then you don't have too.

I have the white iPhone 4 32GB with Verizon Wireless, once the untethered JB 6.1 releases, would I be able to unlock my iPhone from the CDMA Verizon carrier network, and transfer to AT&T which is a GSM network? How could I do this? Are there instructions for this?

You can only do something like that with the Verizon iPhone 5... And apparently the vzw iPhone 5s are already unlocked.
