Could not access App Store

Been six months or more. Tried multiple times but App Store kept asking me to sign in with password which, of course, I did. Went to local brick-n-mortar Apple Store, saw Support person, .. no luck. That I did on two separate occasion, two months' interval. Support person bumped me up to higher tier Apple Support on the phone. Did that twice too. No luck! I gave up trying to download new app, specifically now I need a Home Security Camera app.

iPhone 17 Pro Max latest iOS (as of today 5.25.2026), 1T storage. Been an iPhone fan since first iPhone years ago.

Are you able to sign into the App Store on other devices? iPad or Mac? Is your App Store login the same as your Apple Account? (Just wondering).
